Coaching

Executive Coaching 

I offer Executive Coaching  to people at Middle to Senior levels in organisations with the simple aim of helping them move forward in their role, career, and/or personal lives. At its simplest, coaching allows people to focus purely on themselves, and with purposeful questioning, plus being held accountable for setting and achieving their goals, people can make quick progress. 

 

Coaching can also be highly effective in specific work situations such as; helping someone work towards, or transition into a new role following a move or a promotion: return to work following maternity or other leave; or tackle a specific development need or work situation.

 

Coaching is also an excellent and cost effective way to reinforce and embed new learning following a training course. Research suggests that only 50% of the benefit of training comes from the training itself, while the other 50% comes from follow-up activities such as Coaching.
