What I offer

 Coaching and Mentoring 

 

I offer Executive coaching and mentoring to people at Middle to Senior levels in organisations with the simple aim of helping them move forward in their role, career, and/or personal lives. Coaching can be situation specific e.g. giving a newly promoted manager the Confidence to settle into a new role or prepare for a major presentation or meeting. It is also an excellent and cost effective way to reinforce and embed new learning following training

I coach and develop Leaders primarily using The Leadership Circle Profile www.leadershipcircle.com as it is the only 360 tool that provides targeted and actionable performance feedback, but also reveals the underlying thinking that is causing a leader’s pattern of strengths and limitations.

Career coaching helps people ensure they get what they want from their careers. I use the Firework model, www.fireworkcoaching.com which is a 3 phase process that helps people define their personal values, strengths, and motivators in the Explore phase,  then reviews alternative career ideas in the Dream phase,  before narrowing down potential directions into one agreed way forward  in the Discover phase.  Each phase of the process can also be used individually if the situation needs a more bespoke approach.
